Maxx One Security is a certified LIVESCAN facility. We accpet walk-ins and provide mobile services for groups of 5 or more. We use the latest technology to accurately capture and transmit your fingerprints electronically. The Livescan fingerprints are transmitted to the California's Department of Justice and The Federal Bureau of Investigation for a criminal record check.

Maxx One Security has a very low rejection rate that is less than .01%. Maxx One Security will
re-submit your fingerprints at no addional charge, if they are rejected due to poor quality, only if we were the original transmitting agency.

The results of Livescan are usually available within 2 to 10 business days. You can contact the requesting agency if they have received the results of your Livescan. You can check the status of your Livescan by calling the automated telephone service provided by The California's Department of Justice at 916-227-4557. You will need your ATI#, that was provided by the livescan operator and your date of birth. Who Needs Live Scan? Livescan Fingerprints are required to be submitted by Doctors, Nurses, Real Estate Licensees, Notaries, Alarm Agents, Vehicle salespersons, vehicle dealers, driving instructors, or any other vehicle industry

related occupation licensed by DMV, Foster Parents, Elder Care Givers, as well as anyone having contact with children or the elderly, Teachers, Security Guards, etc.
